Can we change our support times or what services we have?
Yes – Individuals needs change all the time. We work closely with you and your families to provide the right support- this might mean changing duty times, increasing or decreasing the amount of home service required
Will I have the same worker every visit?
You will work with no more that two individuals to enable you to get to know and trust them. We feel it is important to ensure you build a rapport with your support workers to get the best out of your specific needs.
